BDIPlus is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our CTO/CISO in driving both strategic and operational technology and cybersecurity initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will act as a key collaborator, working closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO)/ Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to ensure the seamless execution of technical projects, security protocols, and innovation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to bridge high-level technical leadership with day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Support: Assist the CTO/CISO in defining and executing technology and cybersecurity roadmaps aligned with the company’s goals.
- Technical Project Management: Oversee technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and adherence to objectives.
- Cybersecurity Oversight: Support the CISO in implementing and maintaining security measures across the organization, ensuring best practices are followed and risks are mitigated.
- Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between technology teams, senior leadership, and other stakeholders, fostering clear communication and alignment on key initiatives.
- Innovation & R&D: Partner with the CTO to explore emerging technologies, assess new tools, and contribute to the evolution of the company’s technology stack.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges, risks, and roadblocks that arise in the course of projects and operations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date documentation of key technical projects, security measures, and processes, and report on their progress to leadership.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams, supporting their growth in skill and expertise.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure, software development, or cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, OWASP) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong technical project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities; capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record in supporting executive leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, GitLab, Docker, and other modern development platforms.
