We are looking for a highly skilled and creative designer who can bring visual storytelling and strategic design thinking to our B2B marketing efforts.
*Role Overview: *
We are seeking a versatile Graphic & Creative Designer who can blend strategic vision with hands-on design. This role will be pivotal in executing the creative strategy for our marketing initiatives, focusing on crafting visually compelling content across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to elevate our brand’s visual identity and effectively communicate our value propositions to B2B audiences.
*Key Responsibilities: *
*Creative Strategy: *
- Responsible for creative development of variety of marketing materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with Chistats’ branding and business objectives.
- Develop visually engaging concepts that tell our brand’s story, guiding visitors and prospects through our offerings with impactful design elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to conceptualize creative ideas that align with campaign goals and B2B client needs.
*Marketing & Sales Collateral: *
- Design high-quality marketing assets such as case studies, brochures, whitepapers, and event banners, ensuring they resonate with our target B2B audiences.
- Create compelling presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote) for internal and client-facing use, aligning with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Produce visual content for sales documents, pre-sales decks, and proposal documents that highlight Chistats’ value proposition effectively.
*Digital & Social Media Content: *
Own the creation of social media visuals and manage the content calendar for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, driving awareness around Chistats’ leadership, employees, and company culture.
Design and implement engaging paid media content, ensuring alignment with our digital marketing strategies.
Collaborate on email campaigns by designing newsletters and marketing templates.
*Web Design & Digital Campaigns: *
- Design website landing pages and blog visuals that enhance the user experience, supporting lead generation and campaign efforts.
- Ensure visual elements across web, email, and social media platforms are consistent and cohesive, reinforcing Chistats’ brand identity.
*Visual Storytelling: *
- Transform complex concepts and data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand infographics, data visualizations, and icons.
- Utilize video editing and animation skills to create short explainer videos or dynamic content for various marketing campaigns.
- *Creative Collaboration: *
Stay up to date with industry trends, especially in B2B marketing, and introduce innovative ideas to improve our creative output.
- Act as a brand guardian, maintaining and evolving Chistats’ visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output, while maintaining alignment with overall business goals. *
