Sales Manager (Clone)

Responsiblities:-

• Achieving order target as per the sales business plan
• Provide accurate order booking projections, lead, and prospect reports
• Routine lead follow-up and documenting the same
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages of customer, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates.
• Conducting market research and identifying possible sales territory.
• Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential in designated regions.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Travelling as per schedule in various territories /states to meet prospecting customers and maintain prospects funnel.

Requisite Skills:-

• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or graduation in mechanical/ civil engineering.
• Proven experience as sales executive/manager
• Proficiency in Hindi and English. (Marathi, Punjabi are also preferable)
• Computer literacy.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Good with administration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
