🚀About the RoleAs a Senior/Principal Product Manager at Quantum Metric, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to help companies build cultures maniacally focused on winning the hearts of their customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative product strategies that empower our clients to achieve this goal by providing them with the insights and tools they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

How this role fits into the company:As a Senior/Principal Product Manager, you will be a key member of our product leadership team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. You are comfortable working with senior leadership to develop and execute our product strategy, from both the high-level and the in-the-weeds details.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies: Define the product vision, roadmap, and goals, and work with cross-functional teams to bring them to life
- Drive product innovation: Continuously identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and customer needs to deliver innovative product features
- Prioritize and manage product backlog: Work with stakeholders to prioritize product features and manage the product backlog to ensure efficient and effective development
- Expand on the Product Trio (Product, Engineering, and Design) to collaborate with Customer-facing team members in discovery and delivery cycles to ensure that product features are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
- Conduct market research and customer analysis: Gather insights into customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform product decisions
- Analyze product performance: Track product metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Communicate effectively: Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers and other team members
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that our products remain competitive
- Champion customer-centricity: Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization and ensure that all product decisions are made with the customer in mind
💡Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS companies and/or data and analytics industries
- Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies
- Strong understanding of digital analytics and customer experience metrics
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven decision-making
- Experience leading and mentoring product teams
- Knowledge of product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- 0-5% travel
- Compensation: $160,000-205,000
