About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and customer-focused Workplace Coordinator to join our Los Angeles office. The role will encompass many facets of the employee experience and will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly, and that employee and guest needs are met. They will be working closely with the entire people team and report directly to the Head of Workplace. This will be an on-site role, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and tidy office
• The main point of contact for in-office vendors (Snacks/Food/Plant/Etc.)
• F&B cost tracking
• Event planning and coordination
• Office entry coordination
• Office supply ordering and upkeep
• Assist in space planning
• Working with the people team for onboarding/offboarding tasks
• Assist with internal events
• Documenting procedures
• Assist with fire/safety execution
• Mail/Package coordination and processing

Your Background:

• 2+ years of Workplace experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to be flexible and exhibit a professional manner
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently; lead and motivate cross-functionally towards project goals
• Ability to process invoices for department manager approval, Coupa experience preferred
• Experience using facilities ticketing systems
• Capable of accepting and delivering feedback creatively to deliver improved results
• Go-getter attitude
• “No job is too small” mentality
• Flexibility is required if additional work hours are needed
• Ability to prioritize and log tasks
• Proficient in Google Suite, Trello, and Slack
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed per hour below. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

California Compensation

Base ($29.81 to $37.50/hour) + Benefits
