We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager - Corporate Training to join our team. This role combines strategic account management, project oversight, and business development to drive our corporate training initiatives forward.
Responsibilities
*Account Management and Project Oversight: *
- Manage key client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Lead project management efforts for training initiatives, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Execute contracts efficiently, leveraging shared company resources such as training staff
Business Development and Financial Accountability
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate training sector
- Assume full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts and projects
- Develop strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality training delivery

Qualifications
