Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or REALLY GOOD SKILLS and EXPERIENCE.
Experience:
6+ years of experience in PPC management and digital marketing.
Proven track record of managing multiple campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
PPC Strategy:
Strong understanding of PPC strategies and best practices.
Experience with keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting.
Design Skills:
Basic knowledge of graphic design principles for creating ad visuals.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Copywriting:
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy.
Experience writing for different audiences and understanding tone and messaging.
Account Optimization:
Proficient in analyzing campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.).
Ability to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and A/B testing.
Management Skills:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with PPC management tools (e.g., Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, or similar).
Understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking setup.
Certifications:
Google Ads certification or similar qualifications are preferred.
Additional certifications in digital marketing or PPC are a plus.
Adaptability:
Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and changes in PPC and digital marketing.
