Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Establish clear goals, develop strategies to achieve them, and monitor progress closely.

Facilitate seamless communication among teams and clients, ensuring timely meetings, emails, and reports.

Assess existing systems, identify areas for enhancement, and implement effective changes while monitoring their success.

Leverage CRM tools to manage customer relationships, track data, and ensure smooth workflows.

Guide and mentor the team, fostering a positive environment while maintaining realistic expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in a managerial role or as a senior team member, preferably within tech or marketing sectors.

Exceptional verbal and written communication, hyper-organized with an eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset.

Experience with CRM software is essential.

Strong-minded, spirited, and charismatic, with an assertive and accountable approach.

A self-starter who actively identifies opportunities for improvement.

Native English speaker preferred but not mandatory.
