Role Description:

We are looking for an AI/ML Specialist with deep expertise in Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computer Science and Software Development, with proven proficiency in data analysis and machine learning algorithms. In this role, you will work on designing and implementing AI/ML models, contributing to innovative projects that drive our business forward.
This position requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• LLM Development: Write and optimize large language models tailored to our specific use cases.
• LLM Training: Manage the training process to ensure scalability, performance, and effectiveness of the models.
• API Exposure: Develop and expose APIs to integrate the LLM models into applications and systems.
• Cost Management: Monitor and manage costs effectively during the development, training, and deployment phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI/ML models that align with business goals.
• Ensure best practices in AI/ML development and stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

Key Qualifications:

• Expertise in Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Strong background in Computer Science and Software Development.
• Proficiency in data analysis and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience preferred.
