AI Developer

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer/Developer to create and fine-tune AI that not only delivers value to homeowners but builds long-term relationships, driving conversions that benefit both homeowners and Home.LLC.

Job Outcomes:

• Develop AI-Powered Texting Automation : Build an AI-driven texting system that helps with refinancing, agent recommendations, and housing-related needs, leveraging Home.LLC's data on 150M homes.
• Utilize Generative AIto create personalized messages that engage homeowners based on their unique circumstances.
• Integrate 150M Home Data Into AI System: Incorporate the available home equity, property value, and neighborhood insights into the AI system to enhance personalization in communication.
• Obsessively Test and Optimize AI Messaging: Conduct A/B testing with at least 3 different script versions regularly and aim to improve engagement rates by 20% every quarter.
• Achieve Homeowner Retention Satisfaction: Survey homeowners every 6 months to measure satisfaction and retention, targeting a 50% positive feedback rate by the end of the first year.

Job Requirements

• Proven 2+ years of experience in AI development, particularly with building and optimizing Generative AI-driven customer engagement systems..
• Hands-on expertise with NLP tools and libraries (e.g., GPT, BERT, spaCy, NLTK) for creating and refining communication scripts.
• A/B Testing: ability to obsessively A/B test AI-generated messages and improve conversion rates.
• Experience specifically in building scalable solutions using large language models (LLMs).
• Strong communication skills to present technical solutions and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
