We are seeking a motivated, early-career business professional passionate about building a long-term career in B2B technology. As a Partner Development Representative, you will play a critical role in growing OptiSigns’ partner ecosystem by researching potential partners, generating new partnership leads, and creating impactful business proposals. You will develop both technical skills and partner-facing expertise while contributing directly to the company's growth and revenue.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in Partner Relationship Management:
Support our Partner Development team by managing daily interactions with partners.
Maintain and update our partner database, tracking engagement activities and opportunities.
Identify New Partnership Opportunities:
Conduct thorough market research to discover potential partners and collaboration opportunities.
Assist in the outreach process to initiate and establish new partnerships.
Support Strategic Initiatives:
Work with cross-functional teams to align partner strategies with OptiSigns' business goals.
Contribute fresh ideas to enhance partner programs and joint marketing initiatives.
Coordinate Partner Activities:
Organize meetings, workshops, and events to drive partner engagement.
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation to ensure successful outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is an early-career professional who is technically savvy, with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with partners from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies. You will need to demonstrate adaptability, self-motivation, and excellent time management skills, along with a "can-do" attitude.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience with a strong performance track record in a sales role.
Proven success in cold calling and initiating conversations with potential partners.
Excellent written communication skills, capable of crafting high-impact, concise messages.
History of exceeding KPIs and goals in past roles.
Fluent English speaker.
