Position: computer Vision Engineer

We are seeking a Al Developer with deep expertise in Computer Vision (CV), Deep Learning (DL), and Machine Learning (ML). The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of data acquisition from hardware sources, sensor fusion, and hands-on experience in developing and deploying Al solutions in Python and C+ +. You will be responsible for creating innovative Al architectures from the ground up, optimizing models for edge and mobile devices, and leading the development of next-generation Al-driven solutions.
Responsibilities :
• Architect, design, and deploy computer vision solutions to enhance Wastefull Insights' waste sorting systems.
• Own the end-to-end development of computer vision projects, from concept to deployment, ensuring constant improvement in algorithm performance
• Conduct feasibility studies based on customer requirements from diverse industries, translating those into structured computer vision problems.
• Develop and implement data collection strategies
• Benchmark and fine-tune algorithms, optimizing performance for hardware accelerators and resource-constrained environments, especially for edge computing.
• Work closely with software, hardware, and business teams to deploy computer vision solutions
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in image processing and computer vision, specifically object detection, tracking, segmentation, and classification.
• Proficient in PyTorch, GPU parallelization, deep learning, and neural network optimization techniques.
• Experience with developing and deploying end-to-end applications, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Docker and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of camera sensor principles and their application in industrial environments.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++ with a solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computer architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with an ability to collaborate across departments and with external clients.
