UI Lead

THIS IS A CONTRACT BASED WORK FROM OFFICE ROLE IN BENGALURU

** THE ROLE **
We're seeking an experienced UI Lead to spearhead the design and development of user interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate will craft engaging and intuitive user experiences while collaborating closely with UX designers, developers, and product managers. The company you will work with is US-Based Company in Cybersecurity domain.

** REQUIRED EXPERIENCE **
Minimum of 7 years in UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead role.

** QUALIFICATIONS **

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js or Angular
• Expertise with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
• Familiarity with front-end development practices and responsive design principles
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES **

• Oversee user interface design, ensuring alignment with UX goals and brand standards
• Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional UI components
• Provide expert guidance on technical strategy for UI standards across various frameworks
• Manage and mentor a team of UI developers, fostering creativity and innovation
• Conduct user testing sessions and iterate designs based on user insights
• Maintain high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency across all platforms
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance UI practices

** PREFERRED SKILLS **

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience in conducting usability research and applying findings to improve designs
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI projects and design processes
