Business Systems Analyst (Google Sheets & Workflow Automation)

This is a full-time role for a Systems and Workflow Analyst at Sheetgo, focused on building and automating workflows using our no-code tool and Google Sheets, Excel, Gmail, Big query, forms and dashboards. While the position is based in Madrid, it involves working remotely in an international setting, serving customers across more than 20 countries.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, international team environment spread across multiple countries. This role focuses on analyzing systems, troubleshooting workflows, and using creativity to improve client’s business processes without needing to write code.
Key responsibilities include project scoping, building presentations, creating timelines, delivering and ensuring smooth project execution.
The ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, global environment is essential, and English is the working language of Sheetgo.

Qualifications:
• Must have previously worked in a startup or a consulting company
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and flexibly in a global team.
• Strong systems analysis and information technology skills.
• Expertise in Google Sheets, Excel, and Gmail integrations.
• Experience using no-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Integromat, or similar tools.
• Analytical and business analysis experience, including project scoping and timeline creation.
• Troubleshooting expertise and problem-solving abilities in a no-code environment.
• Knowledge of workflow optimization and automation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
