VP of Technology

We are a Pre-Series A funded startup which applies AI/NLP techniques towards market research. Our team is led by experienced technology and business professionals who have built businesses and products in the past. Almost all of the engineering and business team is from IITs & ISB. We are working on a platform which potentially revolutionizes and disrupts market research as it is practiced today.

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a VP of Technology to lead and scale our engineering organization. This person will serve as a key member of the technology team and will report to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:
• Hands on with the latest technology stacks. An out and out “coder”
• Experience in building SaaS based technology products using the latest, state-of-the-art technology stacks. Experience of mastering new tech-stacks and deliver final products in important.
• Managing, coaching and mentoring growing teams of software engineers.
• Driving technical projects and providing leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Taking responsibility for the overall planning, execution, and success of product releases.
• Working closely with management teams to ensure we're building the best product and meeting delivery deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:
• B.Tech. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a premier institution.
• 4-7 years of technical leadership and people management experience
• Experience building SaaS products

Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of industry experience within developing SaaS products.
• Good knowledge of AI/NLP.
• Effective leader with a passion for building and scaling technology organizations
