Billing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Billing Specialist for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. The person joining the team will be also able to contribute to different areas within Finance such as Reporting and Accounting. The position is full-time and based in Prague.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You are responsible for timely and accurate Bus Partner billing
• You work on Toll fees/Bus stations controlling, also with external partners
• You prepare Intercompany recharges support documentation
• You perform regular Bus costs and Infrastructure costs reporting
• You participate in Agencies Billing and administration
• You prepare supporting documentation for VAT reporting and cooperate with external advisors
• You innovate processes through company-wide projects to keep the growing business scalable

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• 2+ years’ experience in Accounting or related topics
• Very strong affiliation with numbers and analytical skills
• Broad knowledge of accounting principles
• Analytics and controlling-oriented profile but willing to develop accounting perspective
• Hands-on and can-do attitude
• Native Czech or Slovak speaker
• Professional fluency in English
• Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
• Advanced MS Excel is a plus
