Key Responsibilities:
System Development: Design, develop, and program automation and robotic systems for industrial applications.
Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics into production processes.
Testing and Validation: Conduct simulations, feasibility studies, and system testing to ensure performance and safety.
Maintenance: Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve existing automation systems.
Control Systems: Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, and other control systems.
Compliance: Ensure all robotic systems comply with safety and industry standards.
Support: Provide technical support and training to operators and technicians on automation equipment.
Continuous Improvement: Analyze performance data and suggest process improvements.
Innovation: Stay updated on advancements in robotics and automation technology to suggest new tools and techniques.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
Experience: 2 years of experience in automation and robotics.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or similar.
Experience with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and sensor technologies.
Hands-on experience with industrial automation tools (Siemens, ABB, Rockwell, etc.).
Knowledge of robotic simulation tools (MATLAB, ROS, etc.).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred: Knowledge of AI integration in automation, and machine vision systems.
