Ninja Mart is here to serve as one-stop solution provider. Harnessing the power of data, we assist brands with supply chain optimisation and cost-effective solutions based on their business objectives. As our business scales to meet customer demand, we are looking for a candidate who is able to work with our regional and local teams on operational activities centered around data, administrative tasks, and express logistics. The goal is to enable our business model to grow speedily and sustainably
Job Responsibilities :
- Create call plans and adhere to them, capturing orders from the outlets and providing insights to the wider team on the performance of these outlets
- Perform calls to outlets to identify and coordinate market returns via internal operation teams
- Ensure internal records are accurate and optimal data points are captured when calls are performed
- Assist to process and coordinate pre-sales orders according to the business needs
- Utilize data to monitor and drive pre-sales salesman behavior, adhering to their planned call and visits and identifying any adjustments to call plans needed
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
- Preferably candidate with at least 1 year related working experience.
- Good time management and ability to prioritize task effectively.
- Adaptability, able to thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Self-motivated & proactive; able to work independently & at the same time a team player.
- Problem-solving oriented, analytical and data-driven
- Good written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with the key stakeholders
