About Jamble
Jamble is a fashion marketplace powered by Live Streaming & Auctions. We’re enhancing resale with a focus on community, fashion, and live interactions.
We operate on the U.S. market. After being accelerated at Y Combinator (world’s most prestigious startup accelerator), Jamble has received backing and active support from Voodoo (#3 mobile app publishers worldwide). Our iOS App has reached 1M+ downloads (you can download it here) and we’re accelerating.
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Expansion Lead to spearhead Jamble’s growth into new markets and help shape the future of our platform. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to identify opportunities, develop and execute expansion strategies, and ensure we achieve sustainable, scalable growth.
Role
- Market Expansion Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand Jamble’s marketplace into new regions and demographics, with a primary focus on increasing seller and buyer engagement.
- Growth Roadmap Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a clear roadmap for expansion, including operational, marketing, and product-focused initiatives to support new market launches.
- Partnerships & Business Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with brands, resellers, and other stakeholders to drive seller acquisition and market penetration in target regions.
- Seller & Buyer Engagement: Analyze current market performance and work to grow Jamble’s seller base and customer community in each new market by customizing strategies to the unique needs and behaviors of local audiences.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and insights to guide strategic decisions, monitor key performance metrics, and adjust tactics to maximize the success of each market expansion.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a team of regional market specialists and ensure the smooth execution of Jamble’s expansion strategy across different regions.
Profile
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, or business development role. Experience in marketplace expansion or e-commerce is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think critically, develop strategies, and drive their execution. Experience in developing go-to-market strategies for new regions or product lines is highly desirable.
- Data-Driven: Proven experience working with data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve market performance.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of successfully leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Fluent in English and French.
