Founded by a driven entrepreneur who moved to Dallas to chase larger opportunities, we are looking for a partner with a shared vision of scaling and building a business that can make an impact. This role is for someone who wants to be in the trenches, put in the hard work, and grow with the company.

The Role:
We’re seeking a Business Partner to join Junk Fighters and work side-by-side with the owner. In this role, you’ll help handle day-to-day tasks, assist with on-the-ground operations, and share the responsibility of making strategic decisions for growth. While the role will focus on manual tasks like loading, unloading, and handling demolition jobs in the beginning, it will gradually expand into business planning, strategy, and leadership.

The goal is to build trust, share the workload, and eventually take over key aspects of the business as we grow. This role requires a “do-whatever-it-takes” mindset, with the potential to become a co-owner and leader of operations within 6-12 months.

Responsibilities:
Assist in daily junk removal and light demolition jobs.
Split on-site labor tasks such as loading/unloading trucks, navigating disposal sites, and interacting with clients.
Support strategic planning and growth initiatives for scaling the business.
Collaborate on marketing, networking, and lead generation efforts to bring in more business.
Provide input and feedback on business decisions, with a future focus on overseeing operations.
Qualifications:
No specific industry experience required, but entrepreneurial thinking and a growth mindset are essential.
Physical ability to handle the manual labor side of the business.
Strong work ethic and willingness to show up and grind every day.
Trustworthiness is crucial – this is a role where you’ll become a key player and partner in the business.
Must be willing to work closely with the owner, sharing a brotherhood mentality and pushing each other to achieve big goals.
Open to someone who’s willing to invest time and effort into growing the company.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in junk removal, demolition, or a related field (not required).
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to grow beyond day-to-day operations.
Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Organized, with a knack for managing tasks and logistics.
An extroverted personality or comfort in client-facing situations is a bonus.
Compensation & Growth Potential:
Initially, the role will be compensated on a per-job basis due to the early-stage nature of the business. However, as trust and the business grow, the partner will transition into a more prominent role with increased pay and shared ownership potential.
