Job Description :

• As a Product Manager at Amorphic, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product.
• You will be responsible for guiding the development of our product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring our offerings meet the needs of our customers.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the successful launch and ongoing improvement of our products.

A Typical Day:

Product Strategy and Vision :

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Product Development :

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Oversee the product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Stakeholder Management :

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related matters.
• Present product updates, roadmap, and performance metrics to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Product Performance and Analytics :

• Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics and KPIs.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance product performance.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product decisions.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Masters degree in Business from a reputed university.
• 6+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Demonstrated experience working in a product-based company is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem - solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Data Analytics product is a plus.
