Senior Executive, Finance

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Finance to join our Hong Kong office. This role involves overseeing accounting tasks, managing finance functions, ensuring data security, and assisting in financial reporting.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for general accounting duties, which encompass accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, bank reconciliation, and processing expenses claims.
• Manage daily finance functions, in charge of consolidation, financial statements and reports, e.g. P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Reinforce data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Assist in financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Prepare regular treasury related reports and analytics
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support ad-hoc projects as required.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 3 years working experience experience in related field
• CPA Student or Membership
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance , or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS office (especially Excel)
• Willing to learn, mature, strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details,
• Fluent in Cantonese and Good in both English and Mandarin
