About the job
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct research on potential clients, particularly those in need of contractual staffing for Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Data Science roles. Use LinkedIn and other channels to identify, connect, and engage with decision-makers. Initiate and nurture conversations to generate interest and set up meetings or calls with the business development manager. Follow up regularly with potential clients to keep them engaged and move them further down the sales funnel.
- Client Engagement & Follow-Up: Participate in calls with potential clients alongside the business development manager to discuss staffing solutions and service offerings. Maintain ongoing communication with new and existing clients to gather active requirements and contractual staffing needs. Track and update lead status, conversations, and follow-up actions in an organized and timely manner.
- Market Research & Targeting: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends related to Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Data Science staffing needs. Assist in identifying target companies and relevant stakeholders, using insights to refine outreach strategies.
- Reporting & Data Management: Compile and maintain detailed reports of lead generation activities, client conversations, and active opportunities. Present data in a clear and actionable format to support the business development team in decision-making and strategy planning. Work with the business development manager to provide regular updates on the progress of lead generation efforts and client follow-ups.
