What We’re Looking For:
1. A strong design sensibility with a focus on illustrations and animations
2. Proficiency in editing tools like Canva and the Adobe suite
3. Experience in storytelling through visuals, using illustrations and animations to enhance user engagement
4. Fluent spoken and written English communication
5. Willingness to work from our office in JP Nagar, Bangalore
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Creating illustrations and animations that bring the Lingopanda app to life
2. Selecting themes and ensuring design consistency across platforms
3. Collaborating independently with stakeholders (Founders, Marketing, Content, and Tech teams) to manage the design process from concept to execution
4. Developing visually dynamic content for marketing and social media that includes animations and graphic storytelling
Compensation: ₹4 - ₹6L per year, plus ESOPs based on performance
