Ninja Mart is here to serve as one-stop solution provider. Harnessing the power of data, we assist brands with supply chain optimisation and cost-effective solutions based on their business objectives. Technology from Ninja Van’s tech-enabled systems is also leveraged upon to provide data-driven performance reporting.
As our business scales to meet customer demand, we are looking for a candidate who is able to work with our regional and local teams on operational activities centered around data, administrative tasks, and express logistics. The goal is to enable our business model to grow speedily and sustainably
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Commercial and Sales departments to ensure seamless invoicing, payments, and reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with external Supply Chain stakeholders and brand-appointed PICs to streamline orders and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Ensure smooth operational flow for all stock movements within the organization.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity and meticulousness in recording data on systems.
- Compile and aggregate data for purchase orders (POs) and translate it into measurable metrics for the team to act upon.
- Ensure timely and complete processing of orders, ensuring fulfilment operations teams act promptly and full delivery to hubs.
- Ensure internal Warehouse Management System (WMS) records fully align with impending orders arriving at the hub.
- Collaborate with Commercial strategic teams by providing insights on sales and inventory trends on a regular basis.
- Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert for the Commercial and Sales teams regarding order fulfilment, providing timely updates before order arrivals.
Job Requirements
- Education: At least a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred Experience: at least minimum 1 year in invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Action-Oriented: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems within timelines.
- Meticulous: High attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive data and maintaining data integrity.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working with managing stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Comfortable with Uncertainty: Flexibility to adapt processes to fit changing business needs and supply demands.
