Role Overview:
Siddha Privacy, Inc. seeks a Head of Business Development to spearhead the commercialization and growth of our platform that bridges traditional finance and decentralized finance (DeFi). In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our tokenized corporate debt products and establishing critical partnerships with financial institutions and blockchain platforms. Your expertise in both traditional finance and blockchain technology will be instrumental in scaling Siddha’s operations and achieving our ambitious revenue and liquidity goals.
You will lead efforts to bring new products to market, execute high-impact strategic deals, and ensure alignment with Siddha’s long-term objectives. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on delivering tangible results, fostering key relationships, and navigating complex financial ecosystems to integrate decentralized liquidity into traditional finance.

Key Responsibilities
Bringing Siddha’s new financial products to market: Focus on driving the adoption and monetization of tokenized corporate debt products, securing key partnerships, and exceeding ambitious liquidity and revenue goals.
Building strategic partnerships: Establish and maintain critical relationships with U.S. SME banks, DeFi protocols, and blockchain platforms to expand Siddha’s platform adoption and liquidity base.
Leading negotiations and executing deals: Secure commercial agreements that align with Siddha’s vision of providing decentralized liquidity to traditional finance, ensuring deals are grounded in strong fundamentals and meet or exceed company objectives.
Ensuring ROI and alignment with company objectives: Every deal should drive ROI for Siddha, supporting our key financial and strategic goals.
Problem-solving for our partners: Work closely with banking partners and DeFi platforms to provide solutions that meet their liquidity needs, adopting a customer-first approach.
What You’ll Work On:
Managing a portfolio of opportunities: Originate, develop, and manage high-value opportunities across traditional and decentralized finance. Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies to bring new products to market.
Building a high-performance team culture: Foster a culture of integrity, collaboration, and performance. Maintain focus on metrics and results, ensuring the team is both fast-paced and solutions-oriented.
Developing executive relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives in key organizations, including SME banks, DeFi platforms, and other blockchain ecosystems.
Communicating key metrics and results: Provide regular updates on KPIs, revenue forecasts, and critical performance metrics, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Business Development or Sales experience
- Experience with DeFi protocols and on-chain builders
- Professional and technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and win high-impact strategic deals with a C-level audience.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience preparing structured and concise internal and external communication memos
- Thrives in ambiguity but is also capable of operating in a structured environment with clear risk management and compliance controls
Blockchain Project Experience: Experience with high-volume blockchain projects, including handling billions in transaction volume and tens of millions in net revenue, with public work that showcases your expertise.
Base Pay Range: $177,500 - $230,000
Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
