Position Overview:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Growth and Product Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for our products and drive scalable growth. This hybrid role combines the strategic thinking of product marketing with the experimentation mindset of growth marketing. You will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, creating compelling product messaging, and leading growth initiatives to acquire, retain, and engage users.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing Responsibilities:
Positioning & Messaging:
Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that clearly differentiates our products in the market. Ensure that all marketing communications convey consistent messaging.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Lead the strategy and execution of product launches, ensuring coordination between product, sales, and marketing teams. Develop launch plans, timelines, and key milestones.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor positioning. Use insights to influence product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
Sales Enablement:
Develop product collateral, including presentations, case studies, sales decks, whitepapers, etc., to equip sales teams with the tools to effectively communicate the product’s value.
Customer Insights:
Gather and analyze customer feedback and work with product teams to continuously improve the product offering and align it with market needs.
Growth Marketing Responsibilities:
User Acquisition &; Retention:
Drive growth initiatives to acquire new users and retain existing ones. Develop and execute campaigns across channels like SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid ads.
Experimentation &; Optimization:
Create a culture of continuous testing and experimentation, from A/B tests to multi-channel campaigns. Optimize acquisition funnels to increase conversion rates.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze user behavior and marketing performance data to drive decisions and refine strategies. Regularly report on key growth metrics like CAC (customer acquisition cost), LTV (lifetime value), and conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize product experiences, and execute high-impact marketing strategies.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize high-converting marketing assets, including landing pages, ad copy, email campaigns, and product descriptions, as well as customer success content, such as video tutorials and detailed guides on how to use the product.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record in launching products and driving growth through successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, including proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messaging.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and growth experiments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and collaborative environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to draw actionable insights from data.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in the tech, SaaS, or high-performance computing space.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, retention strategies, and lifecycle marketing.
