Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Fusion Lead with a strong background in finance to drive the implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion modules, particularly in finance, along with a comprehensive understanding of IT and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions tailored to finance-related requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of objectives and milestones.
Configure Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, ensuring optimal system functionality and integration.
Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
Conduct testing and quality assurance to validate system configurations and processes.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for stakeholders and management.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the implementation phase.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations.
Strong expertise in finance modules within Oracle Cloud, including but not limited to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
Proven track record of leading successful implementations and managing client relationships.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and effectively collaborate with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant Oracle certifications in Cloud applications are a plus.
