What will you own?

Write content for all channels. The main focus will be short form video content, which will be repurposed across all channels. Hence short, catchy, attention worthy content.

Industry focus: AI

Note: You will be the sole content writer on the team hence you role is extremely important to make the company grow. You will have complete ownership in this area. We will be relying on you to give us absolutely great content.

Main Outcomes

• Write content for profile of the founder and company across all social media channels for branding and growth
• Write optimized content for blogs and website to rank on Google
• Write for any other content requirements when needed

Style (super important):

• Story-like: Tell engaging stories that draw readers in.
• Relatable: Ensure all content connects with the audience, making it easy to understand.
• Action-Oriented: Write in a style that motivates readers to act.
• Unique & Different: We want to stand out by producing fresh, innovative content.
• Humor: Add lightness and wit where appropriate to make content enjoyable.
• Short, Catchy, Attention-Worthy: Focus on crafting concise yet memorable pieces that keep the reader hooked.

Social Media:

• Short Video Content: (Major Focus) Script compelling, relatable short video content, especially around the founder and company stories.
• Platform-Specific: Write for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram, creating content tailored to each platform.
• Captions & Hashtags: Generate punchy, on-brand captions and hashtags.

Content & SEO:

• Blogs: Write informative, engaging AI-focused blogs that resonate with readers.
• Messaging & Website: Create clear, impactful website copy, concise messaging, and 1-2 liners that captivate and engage.
• Headings: Craft impressive headings that grab attention.
• Content Ideas: Develop innovative content ideas across various platforms.
• Other Content: Produce any additional Super AI-related content, ensuring consistency with brand tone and message.

Skills

Must Have

• Amazing content writing: No brainer. You obviously need to write fabulous content.
• Basic Design Sense: Create static posts on Canva which will be posted when we post carousals
• Strong Research: Be upto date and research the latest in the AI field. Also study what is working in social media to improve our posts.
• SEO Knowledge: To rank on Google, this is a must. Great understanding of SEO principles and knowledge of keyword integration to write content without compromising content quality

Good to have

• Deep interest in AI
• Prior experience in a startup

Experience:

2 years+ of experience creating very similar type of content.
