Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using NodeJS on the backend and React, Vue, or Angular on the frontend
Work with databases such as MongoDB and SQL to design and implement efficient data storage solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions

Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 2.5 years of experience in full stack development
Strong proficiency in NodeJS
Expertise in at least one modern JavaScript framework: React, Vue, or Angular
Experience with database technologies: MongoDB and/or SQL
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team environment

Nice to Have
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience in leading small projects or features
Educational Background
Any educational background is acceptable. We value skills and experience over formal education.
