We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Bolt Food team in Portugal. You’ll support developing and nurturing strong partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate growth and ensure the company's long-term success.

About the role
As an Account Manager, you’ll help the Account Management team cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with our partners while remaining aligned with our key business objectives.
You’ll work closely with our partners to drive active and efficient usage of our services, solve customers’ issues, and map out the most requested features to accommodate customer needs.
You’ll partner with Campaigns, Merchant Operations, Sales, Customer Support, Courier Operations, and other teams and stakeholders to propose enhancements and support the accounts you manage.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Regularly communicating with restaurant partners via phone, email, and Zoom to monitor and support their progress towards achieving their business objectives.
- Collaborating with the Sales and Operations teams to solve day-to-day operational challenges of the accounts you manage.
- Analysing and monitoring your portfolio of accounts to ensure a good merchant experience and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Negotiating contract conditions and commission rates, upselling new products and marketing campaign plans.
About you:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in Account Management, Consulting, Business Development, or a related field.
- You're proficient in English and Portuguese and can build professional relationships with business partners using your listening, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- You’ve demonstrated your ability to meet critical metrics and revenue goals while ensuring successful client results.
- You have a data-driven, analytical mindset and can efficiently leverage diverse tools to tackle complex challenges.
- You’re interested in new technologies and food tech and feel comfortable managing multiple projects and processes simultaneously while communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to challenges and a strong sense of ownership.
