We are looking for an Office Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our office in Israel to ensure a pleasant and functional work environment.

This role will report to the Israel Facilities Manager.

As an Office Manager & facilities coordinator, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and support all administrative activities in our (beautiful) Ra’anana office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
  • Welcome visitors: guests, vendors, service providers, candidates etc.
  • Office management: workplace policy, kitchenettes food & supplies, restroom supplies, cleaning service/ staff, office supplies, postal service, mail, packages, shipping, customs, printing, meeting rooms, etc.
  • Track and control invoices and orders to ensure budget compliance.
  • Collect feedback & data to constantly make improvements.
  • Administrative support to the management team and the employees: subsidized meals, shuttle service, travel guidance, access badges, parking passes, etc.
  • Support the People Experience team: events, onboarding & offboarding, etc.
  • The role requires staffing the front desk.

This is the perfect job for someone who has:

  • 2 + years of experience in a similar position within a High-tech environment - a
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English, written and verbal.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and demanding environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to details.
  • Assertive and positive personality, great team player, people person.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
  • Service-oriented with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Always willing to ‘roll up the sleeves’ and do what it takes to get the job done.
  • On-site position based in Ra’anana office, working hours 8:00- 17:00 (allows a bit flexibility).
