As a Senior Product Designer responsible for driving growth metrics, you will have a strong interest in data and a passion for developing customer-centric products that captivate and delight users. We’d love to hear from people with

  • 8+ years of experience in Product/UX Design, with at least 3+ years in a growth design role.
  • A passion for product-led growth and an interest in feedback tools.
  • An understanding of psychology of purchasing behavior and upgrades, and design's role in driving behavior and business goals.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating experience discussions, and using research insights to inform decisions.
  • Experience in data-driven design, guiding teams through experiments to validate ideas.
  • Deep understanding of customer motivations and ability to guide teams in designing experiments that effectively validate hypotheses and improve product outcomes.
  • Previous experience working in remote or distributed teams.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) and experience working with design systems.
  • A portfolio showcasing impactful customer experiences and measurable results.
