We’re looking for a new Account Executive to join the Lumo team! As an Account Executive, you will help develop new customer relationships and deepen existing ones with growers and vineyard management companies in the Napa Sonoma region. Ideally, you’ll bring past experience working in ag or other similar industries, a demonstrated ability to close new business, and a passion for delivering incredible operational outcomes for the growers we serve.
This role is full-time with at least 1 day a week expected in our office in Santa Rosa, CA. Frequent in-person work in the Napa Sonoma area expected.

What you’ll be doing:
- Working with customers and their irrigation teams to understand how Lumo can solve their irrigation challenges
- Managing the entire sales process from identifying prospects to closing contracts
- Partnering with our technical support and CS teams to oversee installation at key accounts
- Representing Lumo at industry conferences and local events
- Supporting accounts during peak irrigation season
- Managing ongoing mid-market and enterprise accounts for future expansion opportunities

- Experience working with customers who have heavy field operations
- Proven success selling SaaS based software solutions
- Skill working with a sales process that often requires in-person, field calls
- Proven ability to manage potential new partners from early stages through to contracting
- Eager to learn and speak about technical topics to a range of audiences
- A track record of hitting quota
- Ability to navigate start-up like environments and handle ambiguity
- Bonus if you have experience in ag or agtech!
