The Role

As an engineer in the Founding Engineers Team, you'll be working directly with the founders and the rest of the team to shape both the product and our technical roadmap. Here’s what you’ll get to do:

• Own the entire product development process, from design to deployment.
• Build solid backend systems and/or user-friendly UX solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and come up with creative new ideas that solve real-world problems.
• Work on high-impact features like Dispatch Co-Pilots, AI-powered workflows, and fintech solutions.
• Experiment, learn, and move fast, testing out new tech and tackling complex challenges.
• Make critical calls on technology, infrastructure, and team growth.

• You have professional experience in full-stack, backend, or frontend roles.
