🔬 Who we are looking for candidate with: (Skill set required)
Experience: 2-4 years in Project or Program Management

Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Basic understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with budget management and financial tracking.
• Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, ITIL Foundation) is preferrable.
• Experience in IT Industry is highly desirable and ETRM domain is preferrable.
• Familiarity with change management principles and practices.

Soft Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Help manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and tools, to ensure efficient use and allocation.
• Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project dashboards.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with senior program managers to support large-scale projects and initiatives, aiding as needed.
• Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and tools to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
