As a Workplace Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our Berlin HQ is a thriving and dynamic place to work. You'll oversee daily operations, manage administrative tasks, and drive cultural initiatives that foster collaboration, well-being, and a sense of community.
Responsibilities:
Own the operations: Be the go-to person for all things office-related, from solving day-to-day problems to managing vendor relationships.
Create a superb workspace: Design and maintain a comfortable, inspiring, and sustainable workspace that reflects our company culture.
Be an all-rounder: Provide top-notch support to our team members, from health and safety to administrative support and welcoming guests.
Champion our culture: Organize team events and initiatives that foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Manage vendors: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and German (both verbally and written)
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Experience in office management or a related field e.g. hospitality
A passion for creating a positive and engaging workplace culture
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable about Berlin’s bureaucracy and environment
