About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Full-Stack Developer to join Synapse as our (CTO). In this leadership role, you will drive both our mobile and web development, ensuring scalability and efficiency as we grow.   You’ll have the creative freedom to influence and evolve our technology stack beyond React Native, ReactJS, Flask/Python, and AWS infrastructure. Working closely with our team, you’ll refine our MVP and help shape the future technical direction of our platform.   The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable systems, has a strong creative vision, and is an excellent communicator who can explain technical ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.   This is not a passive role—we’re looking for someone ready to lead, build a strong technical team around them, manage budgets, and drive our technological vision forward.
