As we expand our footprint in Mexico, your role will be pivotal in shaping our growth trajectory.
Your Role:
As an Associate TPM, you will:
Manage and oversee a variety of technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and client expectations.
Serve as a bridge between our builders and manufacturing partners, ensuring flawless execution and delivery.
Drive improvements and optimize processes within the TPM team through strategic projects.
Engage in proactive communication, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances project efficiency and team morale.
What You’ll Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 3-5 years of related experience in hardware or manufacturing settings.
Strong foundational knowledge in 3D Printing and CNC Machining, with additional experience in Rapid Tooling, Injection Molding, Urethane Casting, and Sheet Metal Fabrication seen as advantageous.
A track record of successful project management, encompassing scope, timing, and quality control.
Fluency in Business English and experience in multicultural settings are essential.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, results-driven focus, and a detail-oriented approach.
Location:
This role is based in our office in Santa Catarina, near Monterrey, Mexico. Candidates should be prepared to work on-site and submit their CVs in both Spanish and English.
