Role Overview:

At Etta Global Partners LLC we seeking a highly skilled and creative Front-End Developer to join our dynamic remote team. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing interactive, responsive, and visually engaging web applications that deliver seamless user experiences. You will work closely with backend developers, project managers, and designers to build, optimize, and integrate complex frontend systems. Your role will involve developing efficient user flows, ensuring high-quality UI/UX design, and executing projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.

We are looking for a developer with proven experience in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or React Native, combined with a strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and frontend state management. This role requires a keen understanding of UX, user flow, and modern web design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Frontend Development & User Experience:

   • Implement highly responsive, intuitive, and dynamic web applications based on UI/UX designs.
   • Develop efficient user flows and implement modern web design techniques (e.g., animations, shaders, shadowing).
   • Utilize frameworks like Angular, React, or React Native to build mobile-first, responsive applications.
   • Manage frontend state efficiently using tools like Redux or Context API to maintain scalable codebases.

2. Creativity & Modern Solutions:

   • Contribute creative ideas to enhance user experience and site aesthetics.
   • Leverage modern web technologies to create engaging interfaces that improve user interaction.
   • Stay up-to-date with frontend development trends to deliver cutting-edge user experiences.

3. Project Planning & Execution:

   • Collaborate on clear project plans and timelines, using tools such as Gantt charts to track progress.
   • Ensure timely delivery of key projects, including news-based products or other company suites.
   • Provide well-documented development plans, from design through coding, testing, and iteration.

4. Code Efficiency & Velocity:

   • Deliver high-quality projects efficiently, within defined timelines (approximately one month, with a week for testing).
   • Maintain a high development velocity while ensuring the completion of complex frontend features (e.g., infinite scroll, advertisement windows).

5. Testing & Iteration:

   • Develop front-end components with a focus on testing, ensuring continuous improvement.
   • Participate in iterative processes, refining the product based on feedback to improve user experience.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

**1. Frontend Expertise:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and practical implementation in frontend solutions.
• Experience with modern web design tools and libraries like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap.
• Advanced skills in modern web techniques (e.g., shaders, shadows, responsive design) to enhance visual quality.

**2. Technical Collaboration:

• Strong understanding of backend integration, ensuring seamless architecture and functionality.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git, GitHub for smooth code collaboration.

**3. Project & Time Management:

• Experience working in an Agile environment, breaking down tasks, and delivering projects on time.
• Proven ability to deliver complex web apps in under a month.

**4. Problem-Solving & Innovation:

• Expertise in developing creative solutions for complex user stories, translating design into high- quality code.
• Ability to propose innovative ideas that improve both the user flow and overall architecture.

**5. Documentation & Testing:

• Well-documented development plans and structured communication to ensure team alignment.
• Experience in testing processes, ensuring the frontend is optimized for performance and scalability.
