Experienced NestJS Back-End Developer to Help Lead Engineering – Remote

What You’ll Do:

• Product Development: Take the lead on building and enhancing our SaaS products using the NestJS JavaScript platform. Our teams are highly collaborative, but we are looking for an experienced developer who can provide leadership.
• Custom Software Projects: Work directly with clients to design, develop, and implement custom software solutions that integrate Enterprise Software platforms via APIs.
• Tech Stack: You’ll be working with NestJS, MongoDB, SQL databases, and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and various accounting and legal software solutions.
• Mentorship: Lead by example and mentor a young, talented team in software development best practices.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, roll out solutions, and continuously improve the software to meet their evolving requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years experience with NestJS or other server-side Node.js frameworks and strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• A skilled Back-End Developer with deep knowledge of server-side development and API integrations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field (Math, Engineering, etc.).
• Unlimited work authorization in the U.S. (US Citizen or Green Card holder only – no visa sponsorship available).

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with HubSpot or Salesforce platforms.
• Experience leading other developers, documenting requirements, and managing projects in Jira.
• Familiarity with accounting practice management software like CCH Axcess (not required but a big plus!).
