Position: System Admin
Experience: 4+ Yrs
Location: Gurgaon Sonipat or Delhi/ NCR
Notice Period: Upto 60 days
Primary Skills : Windows, MS-Outlook, Printers, Servers and other IT equipment,
configuring various type of services. Exp: - DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Remote Desktop,
VNC.

Job Description:

Configuring and troubleshooting of MS-Outlook, Printers, Servers and other IT equipment.
Installations of various operating systems like Windows, 7,8,10,11, Windows Server etc.
Manage domain users' ID creation, roaming profile, OU, and maintaining ADs.
Creations of AD accounts and managing roles to desired user or Groups.
On-call technical support to be provided all locations and across Pan India. Ensuring that response times and resolution times for calls are within SLA guidelines.
Updating OS Security and Software patches to the Client system, monitoring the systems for up.
Configure Wireless & Data card Installation on Laptop, installation & Configuration of SAP application.
Troubleshoot all desktop level calls of the user.
To take backup and restore data.
Manage wireless networking, antivirus and firewalls.
Installing, managing, maintaining & configuring various type of services. Exp: - DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, VNC.
Provide support on Apple and Android phones, and Apple Laptop.
Skill Requirements:

Good communication and skills and good knowledge of IT systems and products mentioned adobe.
Mandatory Requirement

At least 4 years of experience in Windows AD and firewall.
Candidate must have worked in a Pharma company that knows their ERP and application.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

With at least 4 years of experience of System Administration

Minimum Experience: 4 years
Working Days: 6 days Monday to Saturday.
