Role Overview:

Etta Global Partners LLC is seeking a highly skilled Odoo Developer to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing and integrating Odoo modules, managing data flows, and developing a robust frontend that seamlessly connects with our systems. You will collaborate closely with project managers and other developers to optimize our data management processes and ensure a smooth integration experience. Your expertise will be crucial in leveraging AI to monitor performance metrics and enhance system security.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management:

   • Understand data requirements and consolidate data entry into a unified platform, ensuring seamless data flow throughout the pipeline.

2. Data Flow Customization:

   • Customize and optimize data flow processes for maximum efficiency.

3. Frontend Integration:

   • Develop a basic frontend integrated with existing systems, enabling further enhancements by frontend developers.

4. Integration Delivery:

   • Deliver a fully functional frontend with strong integration capabilities, promoting effective communication between backend and frontend.

5. Odoo Module Customization:

   • Develop and customize Odoo modules to align with specific business requirements.

6. Odoo Integration:

   • Integrate Odoo with legacy systems and third-party applications to ensure smooth operations.

7. Pipeline Construction:

   • Ensure seamless data flow from backend to frontend, facilitating effective communication between both ends.

8. Bidirectional Data Streamlining:

   • Implement a bidirectional integration for Confluence customization and Odoo editing, enabling automatic updates in both systems.

9. Collaboration with Project Manager:

   • Work closely with the Project Manager to tailor project processes and understand business needs effectively.

10. AI Integration for Performance Measurement:

    • Utilize AI tools to monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, analyze budget adherence, and ensure continuous system security monitoring.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

1. Technical Expertise:

   • Strong understanding of OWL (Odoo Web Library) for frontend development.
   • Proficient in Odoo Stack Technologies (Python, React, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, PostgreSQL).
   • Experience in Odoo module building and troubleshooting.
   • Understanding of database administration and cloud technologies.

2. Version Control & CI/CD:

   • Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.

3. Operating Systems:

   • Knowledge of Linux operating systems to support development tasks.

4. Techno-Functional Skills:

   • Ability to bridge the gap between technical and functional requirements.

5. Soft Skills:
