Your Next Role

This role sits in their upbeat and diverse contact centre, where people from all walks of life work closely together, striving to provide members with a compassionate and personable experience.

  • Answering inbound calls from existing and potential insurance members
  • Applying empathy, active listening and problem solving often dealing with sensitive calls and vulnerable members
  • Handling membership applications, claims requests and/or inquiries
  • Resolving member queries with accurate information

Training & Support:

  • Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm onsite for first 3 months (then working 2 days in office, 3 from home)
  • Gradual learning of products and services starting in classroom style, listening & shadowing calls, theory and consistent support
  • Supportive, diverse and bubbly team environment (anyone we've met there has genuinely, positive and good energy)

What You Need:

  • Someone with a minimum of 6-12 months recent Customer Service experience (within last two years). lnsurance or contact
    centre experience is beneficial but not a must.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A natural conversationalist, with a strong ability to empathise, understand member’s needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Problem solver, comfortable and capable of thinking on your feet while dealing with vulnerable members.
  • Committed to customers and to your role.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written.
  • AU or NZ Citizenship, Permanent Residency or 2 years remaining on valid working visa as this is a permanent position.
  • Available to work 37.5. hours full time each week (Mon-Fri rosters across 8-8 & Sat 9-5)
