Lyft is building out the Product Marketing team that supports our rapidly growing B2B division, Lyft Business. Lyft Business serves the transportation needs of organizations and enables unique use cases such as business travel, employee commute programs, courtesy rides, and non-emergency medical transportation.
The Product Marketing team partners closely with the Product team to determine the strategic direction and positioning of products, drive GTM strategy, and create product marketing programs to achieve user growth, engagement, and retention. We are hiring an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about our technology and has a strong aptitude for customer obsession to effectively bring new Lyft Business products to market and accelerate revenue growth.
We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our growing portfolio of B2B transportation solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally with sales, product, and other marketing teams to inform our product strategy and build GTM plans rooted in user and market insights.
Responsibilities:
- Build insights-driven B2B and B2B2C GTM plans, campaigns and programs to drive product adoption, customer retention, and revenue growth
- Leverage a deep understanding of our customers, markets, and competitive landscapes to shape product strategy in partnership with counterparts in Product, Product Design, Data Science, Engineering, and Sales
- Proactively identify insights gaps, determine the most appropriate research methods for closing those gaps, and build business cases to advocate for the prioritization of the corresponding research
- Develop effective, easy-to-understand sales training content as well as sales enablement collateral to equip the Sales team to effectively pitch the value of our products to customers
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, using insights to inform strategies and maximize impact
- Act as a senior advisor and thought leader within the organization, providing strategic guidance on product, sales, and marketing initiatives
- Tackle ambiguous problems with a strategic mindset, and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems.
- Be the voice of the customer and serve as the subject matter expert for in-scope products
- Partner with Demand Generation to ensure that the right products and messaging are surfaced in demand generation campaigns
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience delivering highly successful go-to-market, engagement, and growth strategies with 4+ years of product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or similar industries within tech
- Experience working with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Sales, Engineering, Demand Generation, Marketing and Sales Ops, and P&L owners. Expertise managing a wide range of needs and perspectives as well as experience influencing senior stakeholders strongly preferred.
- Deep experience with B2B2C product marketing and the business travel segment strongly preferred. Additionally, a strong understanding of the B2B2C sales motion and which levers are most effective for driving consideration and shifting the behavior of
- buyers and end users.
- Fluent in simplifying complex products so they’re easy to understand and synthesizing the value they create for our customers. Leverage these competencies to develop clear messaging hierarchies and effective content strategy plans.
- Eager and armed with the expertise to deeply understand the market, our customers, and the competitive landscape
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Confident presenting and sharing work with executive leadership and large internal audiences.
- Strong analytical skills that are leveraged to synthesize easy-to-understand, insightful stories from varied data sources, guide strategies, and steer decision-making
- Have a strong bias to action and ability to prioritize bandwidth and resources based on where product marketing can drive the greatest impact

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $139,000-$173,750. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
