  • Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical, controls, and software teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Develop and maintain mechanical design standards, guidelines, and best practices
  • Participate in the product development lifecycle, contributing to the conceptualization, prototyping, and testing of new mechanical systems
  • Identify opportunities for design improvements to enhance the performance, reliability, and manufacturability of our products
  • Support the transition of designs from development to production
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues that arise during deployment and field service activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
  • 8+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the industrial automation, robotics, or material handling industries
  • Proficient in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA) and engineering analysis tools (e.g., FEA, CFD, motion simulation)
  • Strong background in mechanical system design, including mechanisms, structures, and motion control components
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and design for manufacturability principles
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present design concepts and technical information

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation technology with real-world impact
