Reports to: Central kidMinistry Development and Operations Director
Hours Commitment: 40-45 hours assigned per week with some weekend responsibilities.
Purpose Statement: The kidMinistry Operational Support & Resource Coordinator supports kidMinistry by managing ministry resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and with excellence, and fostering strong relationships with volunteers and vendors. This position supports operational needs through budget management, documentation, and logistical coordination to advance the goals of kidMinistry and LCBC.
Preferred Experiences and Skills:
- Extremely resourceful with a proven ability to complete responsibilities according to an outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Friendly and able to build relationships with a group of volunteers
- Organized and efficient when presented with tasks tied to a deadline
- Excellent communication skills
Primary Responsibilities: Ministry Resourcing
- Purchase resources and manage in an effective and efficient manner to meet ministry needs
- Build, lead, appreciate, and support a volunteer Central Prep Team
- Work with the Director and Operations Director to prepare a budget based on scope of work and resource requirements for all kidMinistry yearly projects
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Communicate with recipients timeline of expected deliverables
- Work closely with Central Sourcing
- Oversee kidMinistry Facilities Management eXpress (FMX) system sourcing
- Visit and observe campuses to ensure ministry resources are up to date (1-2x per month)
- Other responsibilities as assigned to fulfill the resourcing needs of kidMinistry
Primary Responsibilities: Operations
- Support and fulfillment of requests from LCBC staff through Help Hub system
- Budgeting support
- Scheduling of New Staff Onboarding and execution of onboarding logistics
- kidStaff meeting support including scheduling, space reservation, assets, communication
- Record, document, and organize meeting notes
- Documentation of Products, Processes, and Training within kidMinistry
- Other responsibilities as assigned to fulfill the operational needs of kidMinistry
- Support special project needs for ministry advancement and development
