As a QA Engineer at FlipsterWe operate in an agile environment with a global focus, enabling you to contribute to cutting-edge projects with a fast deployment cycle. We deeply value the importance of QA, especially in finance-related products, and collaborate closely with developers from the product kickoff stage onward.

Responsibilities

• Flipster의 모든 서비스에 대한 품질 보증 담당 (App/Web/BackOffice)
• Agile/Squad 기반으로 검증 계획과 테스트 케이스를 개발하며, 품질 목표를 달성하기 위한 활동 수행
• 최종적인 품질 의사 결정 및 지속적으로 품질 상태를 측정하고 개선하고 관리
• QA 프로세스와 품질 향상에 대한 고도화 및 QA 역량 향상
• 기능, 성능 테스트에 대한 수동 및 자동 테스트

Qualifications

• 소프트웨어 테스트 및 QA 경력 5년 이상 보유하신 분
• 하나 이상의 App/Web 프로젝트에 대해 시작부터 서비스까지 QA 역할을 수행하신 분
• Agile하게 개발되는 제품들에 대한 QA 경험이 있고, 프로세스에 대한 이해가 높으신 분
• QA 프로세스와 테스트 방법론에 대한 개선 경험이 있으신 분
• 개발, 기획, 디자인과의 유연한 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 능력을 보유하신 분

Preferred

• 배포 주기가 빠른 서비스에 맞춰 QA 프로세스 제안 또는 개선 경험이 있으신 분
• 주도적으로 여러 프로젝트의 품질을 관리하고, 우선순위에 따른 업무 조율이 가능하신 분
• Selenium, Appium 등의 도구를 활용한 QA 자동화 경험이 있으신 분
• 영어로 업무 가능하신 분
