Marketing Coordinator
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will handle organizational tasks that drive the productivity and growth of Betsson in the Serbian market.
THE WOW:
The objective of this role is to support the marketing team in Serbia with processes, administration, scheduling, coordination, and records management. You will report directly to the Regional Marketing Manager for HR&RS.

A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Manage and monitor the marketing department’s financial and budgetary activities.
Liaise with external and internal accountants, agencies, and vendors to ensure compliance and manage invoicing.
Oversee and monitor all marketing and promotional activities for the company’s products and services, ensuring alignment with budget constraints, financial objectives, and tracking of invoice payments.
Support project management activities by preparing timelines, tracking milestones, and coordinating cross-department communications.
Prepare and deliver presentations for relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and processes.
Maintain and manage business records, contracts, and legal documents.
Draft and approve contracts and agreements in collaboration with relevant departments.
Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring agreements are met.
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and financial processes, driving operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance or Business Management or Economics or Marketing.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and research abilities.
Ability to analyse large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful structure.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Native Serbian language skills (written and spoken).
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
