As a Product Manager, you will drive the development and improvement of the product assigned to your care, taking ownership of the product development roadmap to guide development towards achieving desired outcomes. Through research and collaboration, you will take the lead on discovering and delivering effective product solutions that work for customers, users, and the business. You will oversee the launch of new features and updates, test their performance, and iterate quickly to drive continuous improvement. To be effective in this role, you will be expected to develop a deep understanding of our customers, users, and the context within which our products operate.
A taster of what you will be involved with
- Define and communicate the platform’s vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders, including product, engineering teams, and senior management.
- Actively generate, source, and evaluate new ideas and continuously refine short-term and long-term product development roadmaps, ensuring that the roadmap items are properly evaluated and prioritised.
- Establish delivery plans for roadmap items, in collaboration with your engineering counterparts and any other teams involved, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to meet business goals and objectives.
- Take ownership of the overall quality of the product, driving continuous improvement and high standards in our product.
- Drive the execution of the product roadmap, coordinating with other teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable product solutions within established timelines.
- Define and communicate launch plans for new product releases and keep the wider organisation up to date on the status of ongoing product development and new product releases in a timely and transparent manner.
- Lead the product discovery process (including research, prototyping, testing, scoping out, where applicable); and identify opportunities for improvement in the product’s capabilities.
- Collaborate with other departments and operations teams to address internal user feedback, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the product's performance and user experience.
- Drive the effective collection and use of data to inform decision-making and analyse and understand user behaviours, product performance, and the outcome of product development activities.
- Actively engage and work closely with other areas of the business to maximise the value added from new product releases.
- Provide guidance to the development teams and mentorship to the product teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
What we are looking for
- Prior experience working on technology-powered products as a product manager, product owner or similar.
- Experience with product development lifecycles, from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
- Proficiency in techniques and methods of modern product discovery and delivery.
- Demonstrated understating of modern technologies, frameworks, and systems.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret metrics and make informed decisions.
- Experience working with agile and remote development teams.
- A team player capable of building positive working relationships across the company.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to drive efforts to get things over the finish line.
- Demonstrated results-oriented mindset with strong influencing, problem solving with the ability to navigate complex technical or/and operational challenges.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other product teams and stakeholders.
- A high level of proficiency in English is required, any other languages would be considered as a plus.
Extra Points For:
- Prior working experience in the iGaming industry.
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure, microservices architecture, APIs, databases, and scalability considerations.
- Experience working with and knowledge of main principles of internal platforms, back-office systems, and similar.
- Familiarity with product management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, and data tools.
